Joe has facilitated presentations to literally thousands of professionals in the areas of strategy, business planning, and leadership development. Joe has held board positions with Tourmalet Properties, LLC., California Fitness Holdings, Inc., and was on the original founding team of a successful e-learning infrastructure company known today as Knowledge Factor, Inc. In addition, Joe serves on the board of directors for the Boulder Area Human Resource Association.

Starting businesses is something that Joe has done since high school. “I started my first two projects when I was 18. The first was a house cleaning business called Educated Cleaners and the second was a promotional button company. We manufactured and sold unique buttons to hospitals all over Southern Indiana.” In addition to running his own start-ups, Joe has worked with dozens of entrepreneurs as well as large organizations including, Bertelsmann Media Worldwide, Pfizer, Baxter International, Random House, Lane Bryant, Sears, and more.

Joe studied at the University of Colorado and holds an Executive Studies Certification in Supply-Chain Management from MIT.
